IT WAS TIME TO SPEND a week with Joan before we went on the next mission. This would be the ultimate chance to marry Joan. My heart skipped a beat just thinking about it. I watched her sleep for a couple more hours to insure that she would have the energy for the big surprise.
"Joan, are you awake?"
"Yes."
"Let's go outside and enjoy some air."
"Ok Jason, what do you have up your sleeve?"
"Nothing, what makes you think that I have something up my sleeve?"
We walked out in the crisp wintry air. Overhead the sun shone down brightly, which did nothing to detract from the chill of the season.
"Well, why did you ask me out here?"
I stood there being very silent trying to find the courage inside of my heart to ask her to marry me.
"What's the hold up?"
"Close your eyes and imagine being on a beautiful tropical island where with you and I there. High tide is coming in and it's so peaceful that it totally relaxes makes your mind."
"Ok, Jason I'll try."
She stood there and visualized what I had asked her. As her mind imagined, I travelled inside of her thoughts. Joan was standing there smiling as she saw me. We found a well-prepared meal with steak, baked potatoes, with chilled glasses for grape juice. Candles were lit inside of a grass hut. Joan lost sight of me for a few minutes in the darkness of the grass hut.
"What are you up to?" Joan said to herself.
"Is that you Jason?" She asked.
"Yes, my love it's me."
"Sit and let's talk."
"What do you want to talk about?" She asked.
"That is a surprise."
"Ooooh, I love surprises."
We helped ourselves and enjoyed this very special dinner. The meal was good, the steak was tender, and the potatoes were delicious. After an hour passed by, the meal was finished. She and I enjoyed the ice cold grape juice. My feelings were going to have to take over. I felt speechless; however, my heart was the one that was going to speak to her.
"Well what did you want to talk to me about?" She asked.
Before answering, I bent over and kissed her very passionately.
"Joan."
"Yes."
"Will you marry me?"
Joan sat there not saying a thing. Her eyes were filled with awe, astonishment and passion. Our eyes met and soon our lips met for a long period.
"You and I are from two totally different places and times." She tried to reason with me.
"Yes, that is true but I can't stop my feelings for you anymore." I countered.
"It will take some adjustment when the missions on this ship are over."
"I know and I'm willing to make those adjustments if we can be together forever, I love you Joan."
"I love you too. Yes Jason, I will marry you." She agreed, smiling.
At that exact moment, I felt like the richest man in the whole world. Joan was one of the most beautiful women that I had ever known. As darkness came, with only the candle light illuminating the room, it set the ambience for a night of romance.
David appeared in the room and looked at us, realizing from our expressions what was going on between us.
"I have the authority to marry you." He announced.
"How did you know that we wanted to be married?" Joan asked curiously.
"The look in both of your eyes, speak louder than words. Summon me when you want this to be done." David said.
"We'll be married tomorrow." I said.
David disappeared and it was just us looking at each other.
"It is tradition in my family for the bride and the groom to be apart a night before the wedding." Joan informed me.
"Ok no problem, I will go away for the rest of the night." I decided.
"I love you."
"I love you too." She replied.
I gave her a kiss that she would not forget and left the grass hut. It was raining, and the water from the rain felt very warm on my body as it showered upon me. After walking a few minutes, I found some shelter. Looking around, I found some dry twigs, and built a fire to keep warm. While looking at the flames, a vision came to mind: An eagle flew in the air, far above the earth, under a clear blue sky, while the sun shone like a white hot disk at its zenith. A good and positive feeling about tomorrow and my marriage filled me at the sight. Then the vision ended, I cracked open a coconut and drank some of the juice. Time was passing by quickly, but still I could hardly wait for what was going to be one of the happiest days of my life. After staring at the fire for a while, my eyes felt very heavy and I soon drifted off to sleep.
The recurring dream I had been having, came again. The feelings in my heart were very peaceful and relaxed as I walked close to the waterfall. While walking, I could hear all kinds of animals in the forest. Joan stood in the waterfall looking right at me. She grabbed my hand and we walked behind it. There was a hidden door without a handle. Joan put her hand on it and we both entered. It had a natural warm spring that ran into a bathtub that had been carved naturally out of the rock.
Joan was tapping on my shoulder trying to wake me up without a response. In my dream, I left the room behind the waterfall and woke up.
"It can't be morning yet. Strangely, it feels like I just went to sleep."
"Well, are you ready for the big day?" She asked
"Joan, do you feel the same way that I do? Have you been having dreams about a waterfall?"
"Give me a chance to answer you. Yes I do, I've been having erotic dreams over and over again about you meeting me at a waterfall."
"After hearing you say that, yes I'm ready for the big day."
We got dressed in the clothes that she and I previously picked for the wedding. I decided to surprise Joan and have her father attend the wedding. After getting dressed, I walked out and summoned David.
"David, is it possible to have you bring Joan's father into this space in time for the wedding ceremony?" I asked.
"Yes, that is possible and I'll send for him."
As David and I stood there, a very elderly man appeared to us. He had a long beard with very distinguished wrinkles.
"Who are you people?" He asked.
"First of all we are close friends, you are here to witness your daughter's wedding."
"Well then it is an honour to be in your acquaintance gentlemen."
All three of us walked back to the grass hut. As we entered the door, we saw Joan working fast. She wanted to make sure that everything was perfect for this special occasion. We decided to surprise her and sneak up behind her. She literally jumped very high in the air when she saw her father.
"Oh father, it has been a long time hasn't it?" Joan greeted him, ecstatically happy.
"Yes, my daughter it is very pleasant to see you. I thought I'd lost you forever."
"I love you Dad."
"I love you too my child." He answered.
"Are you ready Joan and Jason?" David asked.
"Yes we are."
David had a set of wedding bands that he brought with him. He handed them to each of us with a big smile. He and I stood in the distance, as Joan and her father were walking arm in arm toward us. Out of nowhere music came, it sounded like a trumpet along with a harp. The sound of it was so beautiful that it brought tears to my eyes. Finally, Joan and I were standing in front of David. As David held a bible in his hand, he began to say the words of the ceremony.
"Jason, do you take Joan to be your lawfully wedded wife, to have, to hold, to cherish through sickness and in health, through good times and bad times for all eternity?"
"I do."
"Joan, do you take Jason to be your lawfully wedded husband, to have, to hold, to cherish through sickness and in health, through good times and bad times for all eternity?"
"I do."
"By the authority invested in me, I pronounce you man and wife."
"Please exchange rings."
Joan and I quickly put our wedding bands on each other's finger.
"You may now kiss the bride." David instructed.
At that exact moment, our lives were eternally bonded. I kissed Joan with all of the passion and energy within me. David and Joan's father stood there and smiled.
"Good bye Joan." Her father announced after hugging her.
"Good bye father."
Tears streamed down both of their eyes as David and her father left from our presence. Joan grabbed my hand tightly as she watched them leave. Sarah and some other heavenly messengers had also appeared and were preparing dinner for us. They promptly left after the meal was prepared. We enjoyed the meal with each other. Joan walked over to the corner of the hut and hid behind a mirror. She removed her clothing and walked toward me. She looked very seductive as she came closer, her breasts bosoms jiggled with each step. Her nipples were erect and pert, while her blonde hair cascaded down freely over her back almost to her waits. Stopping at the table she picked
up a peeled orange and squeezed the juice all over her chest, then moved towards me again. Her love canal looked as moist as the dew on leaves on a spring morning.
As we met somewhere in the middle, Joan proceeded to rapidly remove my clothes, guiding me towards the bed as she did so. Falling together on to it, I licked and kissed every inch of her body. As my tongue entered her love canal, she pushed her hips toward my face, whimpering with each stroke of my tongue. Quickly after, her love juices expelled all over my tongue. She screamed and I cleaned up every drop. It tasted like freshly made honey. While getting up, Joan pushed me back down on the bed, positioning herself on top of me. As her wet tongue and lips surrounded my rod, we made eye contact. My body stiffened as her head went up and down. The faster she went up and down, the harder it was to hold back. I quickly expelled my love juices all over her face and bosoms. She picked up every drop with pleasure, including what was on her body. Joan quickly lay down beside me. In deep passion, I entered myself inside of her. My body rushed up and down as we looked at each other.
The next morning Joan woke up and prepared a meal for us. Just looking at her made my heart skip a beat. Soon after, we enjoyed breakfast together. During the meal, I was prompted to go back to the ship. We needed to spend more time together, so I decided to delay going back for a week. During that week, we enjoyed ourselves to the fullest. We made love a lot and talked about our future together.
"We have enjoyed a week together."
"Yes, and it have been the most enjoyable time for us, but Joan, we have to go back to the ship."
"I understand let's go." She said.
All of ship's crew congratulated us for our choice to be married. I felt very secure and at peace with Joan being my wife forever.
We walked through the hall of time and the next door was available to us. All previous doors were gone from our sight and she and I were on door thirteen. I opened the door and Joan followed behind me as the door closed.
Joan and I had to figure out why she and I were in each of the doors, which was the challenge and beauty of it. We hoped that this door would be easier to figure out.
