Debbie Nash Welch has been Chuck’s partner for the past thirteen years. She grew up in Kettering, Ohio and is a graduate of Miami Univ. of Ohio. Being one of the early women to be licensed as a general contractor in 1980, Debbie has spent the last forty years designing and building houses in Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Washington D.C. Since Chuck’s diagnosis of dementia in 2015, Debbie has felt compelled to help Chuck tell his stories Before He Forgets.
